well-being. | bring leadership, communication, and collaboration skills and want to
contribute to decisions that positively shape our town's future.
2) What motivated you to apply for this specific committee?
I'm motivated to apply because | want to be more involved in shaping Wickenburg's
future and supporting the town's continued growth and community spirit. This
committee aligns with my interests in collaboration, local development, and making a
positive impact where | live.

1) | am interested in serving and/or am qualified to serve on the Committee because:
| hold a Doctorate in Business Administration and bring more than two decades of experience in entrepreneurship,
organizational leadership, and community engagement. My professional background includes consulting for small
businesses, strategic planning, and comptiance-related projects, ail of which align closely with evaluating
development requests and zoning matters. | have also worked with several companies to plan conventions and
large-scale events, giving me strong skills in logistics, coordination, and anticipating community needs. | am
detail-oriented, fair-minded, and committed to supporting growth that balances community values with long-term
sustainability.
2) What motivated you to apply for this specific committee?
Wickenburg is in a period of growth and transformation, and | want to contribute to
guiding that process in a way that preserves our community’ s character while
welcoming responsible development. | am motivated to apply because planning and
zoning decisions shape the future of our town, and | want to be part of ensuring those
decisions are made thoughtfully and with transparency.
3) What do vou see as the vision for the committee?
The committee’ s vision should be to safeguard the integrity of Wickenburg’ s unique culture and
history while promoting strategic, sustainable development. That means ensuring zoning and land use
decisions support economic opportunity, respect the environment, and maintain the small-town charm
that residents value. The committee should also foster open communication with the community so
residents feel engaged in the planning process.

What brought you to Wickenburg? What other organizations in Wickenburg do you volunteer at?
My partner and 1 moved to Wickenburg after his 21 years of military service because we were drawn to the strong sense of
community, the vibrant culture, and the opportunity to invest our energy into making a difference locally. | am also the owner of
Wickenburg Ranch Fix tt Pros, which provides trusted handyman and property services to residents Through this business, !
work closely with neighbors and gain valuable insight into the housing and development needs of our community. Beyond my
business, | am active in community networking, neighbor-to-neighbar support groups, and local initiatives that encourage
collaboration, such as gift exchange programs, community watch efforts, and smail business advocacy. | also support events
hosted by organizations {ike the Chamber of Commerce and the Elks Lodge

making a selection for members?
| believe my combination of business expertise, event planning background, and community
involvement would make me a valuable asset to the Planning & Zoning Advisory Commission. My work
with local residents and businesses gives me a grounded perspective on Wickenburg’ s present
needs, while my professional background equips me to think strategically about long-term growth. |

about the well-being and enrichment af our community. I'm passionate about creating and supporting
programs that bring people together through education, entertainment and shared experiences. I'm
excited about the opportunity to contribute ideas, provide feedback and help shape programming that
reflects the diverse interests and needs of Wickenburg residents.
3) What do you see as the vision for the committee?
This committee offers valuable insight and helps prioritize community needs, issues,
and opportunities. {t provides feedback on current programming while also
coordinating and implementing future initiatives.

My family has been part of the Wickenburg community since 1968, and | am proud to
continue that legacy. | volunteer with the Veterans Program at the Elks, where |
support initiatives that honor and assist veterans.
