My vision for the Planning & Zoning Committee is a thriving Wickenburg that balances economic expansion with preservation of authentic western heritage —fostering sustainable infrastructure, attracting new industries, and creating high-paying jobs to ensure prosperity for residents and businesses alike. 4) What brought you to Wickenburg? What other organizations in Wickenburg do you volunteer at? We were drawn to Wickenburg by its western charm, tight-knit community, and slower-paced lifestyle. None at this time, as | have recently retired and am looking forward to becoming more involved in my community. 5) Is there any additional information that you think would be helpful for the Council to know when making a selection for members? I've just retired after 35+ years leading engineering projects on infrastructure, so | can give the Committee my full attention and a clear-headed take on keeping Wickenburg growing in the right direction. What other organizations in Wickenburg do you volunteer at? After we both retired, my husband and | moved here from lowa to be near our closest friends who had recently moved here from lowa as well. We also moved here because of the mild winters, the small town atmosphere, and the desert vegetation and wildlife. Over the years | have volunteered at the Senior Center as a craft teacher; at the Wickenburg Christian Academy as a teacher's aide and tech advisor; at a local church as a teacher in their private school; and helped with the Las Senoras Tour of Homes. 5) Is there any additional information that you think would be helpful for the Council fo know when making a selection for members?
