AMENDMENT TO EXTEND THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF GLENDALE AND THE WEST VALLEY REGIONAL VETERANS COURT PARTICIPATING MUNICIPALITIES It is mutually agreed that the Intergovernmental Agreement (“IGA”) between the parties for participation in the West Valley Regional Veterans Court is amended as follows: 1. In accordance with Paragraph 4.0 of the IGA, “Term” the IGA is renewed for a one-year term. The IGA shall remain effective after December 31, 2025, and shall expire December 31, 2026. 2. All other provisions of the IGA shall remain in their entirety.
