It is contract number: 21-01: Dated January 19, 2021, a copy of which is attached to this email. Pursuant paragraph 2. “TERM™ we would like to renew this lease for the full year 2025. | realize this is a little early for a renewal request. But we need to stop taking new aircraft about 10 weeks before the end of the contract. We also need to plan for the removal and relocation of our equipment to our Douglas, AZ location. As the TOW has the option of cancelling the contract with 30 days” notice, I do not consider a “which way is the wing blowing™ request for response at this time unreasonable. As the rent in adjusted by COLA. there should be no need to discuss rent amount.
