TOWN OF WICKENBURG Community Center Update Todd Wallace, Manager, Parks & Facilities December 1, 2025 • We believe in the power of community involvement and value Resident’s input. • Staff conducted a meeting with current renters (stakeholders), as well as an open house for Town residents. o Presented Community Center design options o Floor plans and renderings o Question and answer session o Survey 2 Community Engagement • Active users of the Community Center were invited to attend a presentation and discussion on the future of the Community Center. • 13 stakeholders attended the meeting on 11/5/25. • We discussed the history, current schematic drawings, construction timeline and finished with a survey regarding their wants/needs of the Community Center. 3 User Stakeholder Meeting • Town residents were invited to attend a presentation and discussion on the future of the Community Center. • Approximately 32 stakeholders attended the meetings on 11/12/25. • We discussed the history, current schematic drawings, construction timeline and finished with a survey regarding their wants/needs of the Community Center. 4 Town Resident Meeting • Following are the survey results from 13 Stakeholders and 38 Town Residents. 5 Survey Results • What style of ceiling would you like to see in the Great Hall? 6 Survey Results - Question #1 Stakeholders 1.
