Intention

Here are the details on the horse boarding portion of the project.  
 
 
-Rentals of stalls will be only to those that are renting casitas on this property. 
-The stalls will be cleaned daily. 
-There will be roll off containers to haul manure away weekly or bi-weekly depending on the 
usage. 
-Each shed row barn will have designated storage within the barn row so things stay clean and 
organized. 
-There is a hay and equipment storage shed on site to keep those items under cover and clean 
as well. 
-The property will be perimeter fenced and have an electric gate for safety as well. 
- All zoning and flood set back parameters will be followed.
