Wickenburg, Arizona
A Conditional Use Permit for approximately 7 acres of property located along Country Club
Drive and Camino Drive Wickenburg, Arizona, as shown Exhibit 1, attached hereto and
incorporated herein, to permit horse boarding and training facility and operations (the “Project”)
in the RM-1 Multi-Family Residential zoning district is hereby approved.
This Use Permit is subject to the following conditions:
1.
That the property owner signs the waiver of rights and remedies and is on file
with the Town of Wickenburg prior to approval of the Conditional Use Permit
by Town Council.
2.
Manure waste removal on a weekly or semi-monthly, closed containment with
fencing screen
3.
Limited to 3 animals per occupied unit with a maximum horse pen count of 28
animals
4.
Business License required
5.
Any pens to be occupied simultaneously with residential units
6.
Used pens be mucked out daily
7.
Outdoor lighting, wall or ground mount with cutoffs
8.
Perimeter fencing where necessary
9.
No RV living on the property
10.
Boarding for occupants of the future property units only
11.
Hay/equipment storage to be enclosed on three sides
12.
Single access from Country Club Drive only
13.
Actual placement of proposed land uses to conform substantially to what is
presented in the site plan
14.
Landscaping along frontage street for screening purposes

This Use Permit is subject to all limitations, including termination provisions set forth in the
Wickenburg Town Code and in this Use Permit.
APPROVED, PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Common Council of the
Town of Wickenburg, Arizona, this 2nd day of February 2026.
