RESOLUTION NO. 2388
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF WICKENBURG, ARIZONA,
ADOPTING 
THE 
2025-26 
CONSOLIDATED 
FEE
SCHEDULE FOR TOWN SERVICES AND USE OF TOWN
FACILITIES 
WITH 
NEW 
FIELD 
RENTAL 
FEES;
PROVIDING 
FOR 
REPEAL 
OF 
CONFLICTING
RESOLUTIONS; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY.
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Wickenburg is authorized to
establish fees for Town services and use of Town facilities; and
WHEREAS, new fees have been noticed as required by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the
Town of Wickenburg, Arizona that the amended 2025-26 Consolidated Fee Schedule
attached hereto as Exhibit “A” and incorporated herein by this reference is hereby
adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all resolutions and parts of resolutions
in conflict with this Resolution are hereby repealed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that if any section, subsection, sentence,
clause, phrase or portion of this Resolution is for any reason held to be invalid or
unconstitutional by the decision of any court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall
not affect the validity of the remaining portions thereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Common Council of the
Town of Wickenburg, Arizona this 2nd day of February 2026.
