TOWN OF WICKENBURG
RESOLUTION NO. 2390
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
WICKENBURG, ARIZONA, AUTHORIZING THE RENEWAL OF
MEMBERSHIP IN THE ARIZONA METROPOLITAN TRUST
WHEREAS, the Town of Wickenburg is currently a Participating Entity in the
Arizona Metropolitan Trust (“the Trust”); and
WHEREAS, Wickenburg’s current term of membership as a Participating Entity
shall expire on June 30, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the Trust’s Board of Trustees (“the Trust Board”) has offered a renewal
membership to Wickenburg commencing July 1, 2026; and
WHEREAS, Wickenburg wishes to renew its participation in the Trust for a three (3)
year Membership Period commencing July 1, 2026 and terminating June 30, 2029; and
WHEREAS, renewal of Wickenburg’s membership in the Trust will serve the
interest of the Town and its employees.
NOW, THEREFORE IT IS RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
The Town of Wickenburg Town Council hereby authorizes the renewal of
Wickenburg’s membership in the Trust for the period commencing July 1, 2026 and
terminating June 30, 2029.
