Challenges in 2025
10
A winter freeze in grant programs delayed grant opportunities, followed
by a federal government shutdown in the fall, which further slowed access
to funds.
In addition, reductions in federal allocations and increasing competition
for limited resources made the grant landscape more challenging than
ever, requiring careful prioritization and strategic planning to advance
essential community initiatives.
