The Contract has an expiration date of 2026-04-18 , but the parties may extend the Contract by mutual consent.
Sourcewell and Supplier acknowledge that extending the Contract benefits the Supplier, Sourcewell and Sourcewell’s
Participating Entities. Supplier and Sourcewell agree to extend the Contract listed above for an additional  
period, with a new contract expiration date of 2027-04-18. All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain in full 
force and effect.
