AMENDMENT NO. 1
CONTRACT NO. RFP 23-02
This Amendment is entered into between the Town of Wickenburg, an Arizona
Municipal Corporation (“Wickenburg”) and Adams Towing (“Contractor") to amend the
Contract dated August 7, 2023 (“Contract”).
RECITALS:
1.
Wickenburg and Contractor entered into the Contract related to vehicle
towing services.
2.
Wickenburg and Contractor desire to amend the Contract as hereinafter
set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises and mutual
promises and agreements of the parties, Wickenburg and Contractor agree to amend
the Contract as follows:
1.
The Contract is set to expire on August 7, 2026. Contractor has elected to
exercise its option to renew the Agreement for one additional one (1) year term,
pursuant to Paragraph 1.5 of the Contract.
All other provisions of the Contract shall remain unchanged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Amendment to the
Contract as of the day last written below.
