A. CALL TO ORDER – Mayor Bratcher called the meeting to order at 3:08 PM

C. ITEMS OF BUSINESS 
 
1. Consideration and Action Approving Resolution No. 2397 Final Budget for Fiscal 
Year 2026-27 in the amount of $86,450,175 and Ordinance 1250 Purchasing 
Policy Change 
 
Robert Martinez, Finance Director, reported that the budget schedules have been 
advertised in the Wickenburg Sun for three weeks instead of two weeks this year. 
He can review the presentation that was just discussed during the regular 
meeting if there are any questions.  
 
Councilmember Clark asked if there were any comments from the public. 
Director Martinez stated that he hadn’t received any.

MOVED BY Vice Mayor Brian Jones to approve Resolution 2397 approving the 
Final Budget for Fiscal Year 2026-27 in the amount of $86,450,175 and 
Ordinance 1250 amending the purchasing policy 
SECONDED BY Councilmember Margaret Nyberg 
VOTE: 6 – 0 (Yes – Mayor Bratcher, Vice Mayor Jones, Councilmembers 
Bedoian, Clark, Nyberg, and Rovey) 
 
D. EXECUTIVE SESSION - (Council May Vote to Go Into Executive Session Pursuant 
to A.R.S §38-431.03(A)(3) to Receive Legal Advice from the Town Attorney on Any 
of the Above Agenda Items.)
