Clerk of the Board as a new agenda item following the Clerk's guidelines and deadlines.

Funds will be utilized by the Gila Bend Fire Department to purchase medical and safety
equipment.

must comply with the applicable County policies (including but not limited to Code of
Conduct, Acceptable Use of County Purchasing Card, Procurement Code, Community
Outreach, and Travel Policy as applicable). in addition, the expenditures must not violate
any existing federal, state, or local laws, including Conflict of Interest laws (A.R.S, §38-
501 through 38-511).

By signing this proposal, Administering Authority agrees to comply with all requirements
as stated in the Community Solutions Funding policy (A1125).

in this proposal, including attachments, is accurate and complete.
