We are submitting updated price lists for IGPA's review and approval, and percentage discounts will remain unchanged in accordance with the contract terms. Description of Pricing Submitted: Page 1 of 2 Increase in petroleum-based products (fuel, oil, asphalt materials) Contractor Responsibility: It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure that all pricing on file with IGPA remains current and accurate. All price changes or updates must be submitted to IGPA for review and approval prior to implementation. Certification and Reporting Acknowledgment: By signing this document, the vendor certifies that neither it nor its principals are presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in any transaction by any Federal department or agency. The vendor also acknowledges its responsibility to provide usage reports in accordance with the terms and conditions of the IGPA contract.
