RESOLUTION R26-06-13
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EL 
MIRAGE, ARIZONA, APPROVING THE PUBLIC WATER 
EASEMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY AND HABITAT FOR HUMANITY 
CENTRAL ARIZONA.  
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the City 
of El Mirage, Arizona, as follows:
Section 1.
The Public Water Easements (the “Easements”) between the City of El 
Mirage and Habitat for Humanity Central Arizona provide the City with 
a perpetual non-exclusive Easement for water utility purposes within 
Maricopa County Assessor’s Parcel No. 501-18-002B, 12838 West 
Cottonwood Street, Surprise, Arizona, as described in the Easements 
attached as Exhibit 1 & Exhibit 2.
Section 2.
The Mayor or City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and deliver 
the Easement on behalf of the City.  The Mayor, City Manager, City 
Clerk, and City Attorney are hereby authorized and directed to take all 
steps necessary within their respective official capacities to carry out the 
purpose and intent of this Resolution. 
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the City of El Mirage, 
this 2nd day of June 2026.
