The following citizen comments were submitted to the County in response to a notice distributed 
electronically for TA250002 - Text Amendment for accessory dwelling units and short term 
rentals.  The comments, which express opposition to the Text Amendment, are as follows.   
 
 
Parking will be a problem if adding additional dwelling units to a residential 
property. Parking overnight on the street should never be allowed. In addition, 
water and sewer infrastructure were sized for the existing single-family resident
