CORRECTING A CLERICAL ERROR IN 
RESOLUTION
ROAD DECLARED (ROAD FILE NO. A700)
C-64-22-291-X-01
WHEREAS, on September 1, 2021, the Board passed and adopted a resolution titled Road 
Declared (Road File No. A700) C-64-22-291-X-01; and
WHEREAS, that resolution contained multiple references to Road File No. A700; and
WHEREAS, that resolution contained a clerical error in the “NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT 
RESOLVED” paragraph regarding the road file number; and
WHEREAS, the road file number in such paragraph should be corrected to read A700 rather than 
A675; and
WHEREAS, all other references in that resolution to Road File No. A700 remain correct. 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the road file number in the “NOW, THEREFORE, BE 
IT RESOLVED” paragraph of the previously passed and adopted Board resolution titled Road Declared 
(Road File No. A700) C-64-22-291-X-01 is corrected to read A700 rather than A675.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the Board is directed to record this resolution with 
the Maricopa County Recorder.
