Daniel - We request a continuance from this Thursday's (September 11th) hearing of the Maricopa 
County Planning & Zoning Commission to the hearing scheduled for Thursday, November 6th, which 
would then allow for a Board of Supervisors hearing date of December 10th. 
 
This is to allow us to meet with the City of Buckeye to make sure that we are in agreement with the 
permitted and prohibited uses for this project, as well as coordination with the City of Buckeye on the 
future design review processing of the development. Brian Craig, Planning Director for the City of 
Buckeye, is cc'd on this email. 
 
Please confirm receipt of this email and the new requested hearing dates (recognizing that it may 
take Planning Commission action to schedule the requested hearing date).
