The property owners did not commence construction improvements within the 120 days requirement set forth under condition ‘d’. Condition ‘a’ requested that within 30 days of BOS approval, a revised site plan be submitted to staff showing one handicap-accessible parking spot. Condition ‘d’ set an expiration 10 years after approval (October 7, 2030) or upon termination of the use for a period of 120 or more days.
