Good morning, Jack,

Thanks to you and your team for meeting with us yesterday afternoon. It certainly seemed to be a productive
meeting and I am hopeful we’ll be able to resolve the outstanding comments with the next submittal. When you do
have the updated documents, Permit Center will be ready to receive them. When you do resubmit, please send
over the updated POD/site plan as well… although I have no remaining concerns on behalf of Planning, the
updates to the G&D plan will need to be reflected with any applicable changes on the POD/site plan (such as the
relocated storage areas as discussed yesterday). When received, I’ll route the G&D docs to Engineering and check
over the site plan to ensure everything still checks from a Planning perspective.

Can you please send me an email confirmation as soon as possible this morning that you are formally requesting a
continuance of MCP240002 to the March 6th Planning & Zoning Commission hearing and the April 9th Board of
Supervisors hearing?

As always, please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,
Nick Schlimm
