Since the publishing of the staff report, staff received one (1) additional opposition letter. The 
opposition letter is concerned with the character of the neighborhood and parking and noise 
associated with the event venue.  With the additional letter, the total number opposing the case 
is eight (8) individuals. Seven (7) individuals support the case.  The level of opposition does not 
trigger the requirement for a supermajority (four affirmative) vote of the Board for approval of 
Z2021169.  All property owners which directly surround the site support the venue.

Subject Case
This proposed venue is located on the corner of Higley Road
(very busy road) and Fairview Road which leads into a small
county island of residential farm houses on acres ranging from
one to five acres. There is no where to safely park in order to
attend any event. The music played is extremely loud and can be
heard throughout the area. This homeowner has already been
doing events over the past year without approval to do so. Many
of the neighbors located in the county island are against this
being allowed. We want to keep our small family friendly part of
heaven the way it is and not let commercialized places like this to
ruin it. Thank you!
