The applicant has requested this change to allow for financing of the project. Staff would note that the 20 year validity period proposed by the staff conditions is in-line with other facilities within the area, including the facility next door at APN 503-67-861D. The requested change to condition ‘c’ is as follows: c. This special use permit is valid for a period of 20 25 years and shall expire on February 12, 2045 2050, or upon termination of the use for a period of 90 or more days, whichever occurs first. All site improvements associated with the special use permit shall be removed within 90 days of such expiration or termination of use.
