Range 1 West of the Gila and Salt River Base and Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona, and being 
more particularly described as follows: 
Parcel One:
A portion of the easement as described in Docket 11574 Page 401 on file with the Maricopa County 
Recorder’s Office being the East 40 feet of the Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the 
Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 24. 
EXCEPT the South 40 feet thereof.
Parcel Two:
A portion of the easement as described in Docket 11574 Page 399 on file with the Maricopa County 
Recorder’s Office being the South 65.92 feet of the East 40 feet of the Northeast quarter of the 
Southeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 24.
