particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the North Quarter corner of said Section 13, from which the Northwest corner of 
said Section bears North 89°37'17" West, for a distance of 2638.47 feet;
THENCE along the North Section line of said Section, North 89°37'17" West, for a distance of 588.08 
feet to the intersection of the elongation of the centerline of Maple Street as shown on said plat;
THENCE departing said Section line and along the centerline of Maple Street, South 43°23'27" West,

shown on said plat;
