Hello Josh,

Thank you for the confirmation.

July 23rd Planning and Zoning Commission hearing will align the case with the August 19th Board of Supervisors
meeting date.

Since it is being continued to a specific date, the site postings will not need to be updated. From our end, we will
submit the continuance at next week’s hearing, prepare a new legal ad by July 2nd, and mail out new notifications
by July 7th.

We will need an updated application form for IND-2 IUPD. Please complete the attachment and return it me.

I will let you know if there is anything else needed from you and about the potential fees.

Hello Josh,

I wanted to provide you with an update on these cases which are scheduled for the June 25th Planning and Zoning
Commission hearing.

Attached are the conditions that are part of the staƯ report that has been prepared. Aside from the conditions, an
IUPD would be applied to the zone change which would limit future land uses to those that can be served by well
and septic until such time that municipal or private utilities are available to the site.

If this is acceptable, then we would need your confirmation of acceptance of this overlay. This would also mean
that the application is changed from a Zone Change to a Zone Change with overlay. There may be an additional
fee, the site may require new notifications, and a new legal may need to be published. This would also require that
the zone change case is continued and scheduled for a July 25th hearing date, since the July 9th hearing date is
unlikely to have a quorum.

Please let me know how you would like to proceed. We would need to move quickly so that we can finalize our
staƯ report prior to publishing.
