Recommendation: Approve with conditions Presented by: Paola Jaramillo We, Jason and Jodi Camp, strongly support this facility. We feel it would be very beneficial to Aguila, as well as the outlying community. A facility such as this, has the potential of bringing new jobs into the community which would result in more money being spent in the community which would benefit existing businesses and families. This facility also has the potential of bringing new families into the community which in turn would also benefit local schools and businesses. The town of Aguila could use a boost in their local economy and this facility would definitely boost the local economy. Thank you for your consideration. Any and all work within the ADOT Right of Way shall be constructed according to ADOT Standards and Specifications. All construction plans shall be signed, sealed and dated by a professional engineer licensed in the state of Arizona. R. Perez 6 General We have provided a link to ADOT's Encroachment Permit Pre-Application Checklist for reference. If the Gamblers ROW development moves forward and it is determined that improvements are needed at US-60 and Eagle Eye Road in Aguila, then ADOT highly suggest that a pre-application meeting be scheduled with the Northwest District Permits review team to discuss the improvements and any potential impacts to US-60. Encroachment Permit Pre Application Checklist The purpose of a pre-application meeting is for ADOT to receive an overview of the proposed project and for the Customer to understand the ADOT permit process, requirements, and expectations. Main contact will be Richard Perez Northwest Permits Supervisor who can be reached at Northwestpermit@azdot.gov This email is monitored by the Permits Team within the Northwest District of ADOT and provides redundancy to ensure appropriate processing of all permits.
