AMENDMENT No. 1 To AGREEMENT Between VALLE DEL SOL, INC & MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA WHEREAS, Maricopa County (“County”) and Valle del Sol, Inc. (“VDS”) (“Contractor”) have entered into an Agreement for the purpose of establishing collaborative protocol executed April 4, 2023 (“Agreement”). WHEREAS, County and Contractor have agreed to renew this Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree to the following provision: The Agreement shall be renewed for a term from April 5, 2024, and ending April 4, 2025. Additions are in bold and deletions are in strikethrough: Sections IV-R-4 and IV-S-6: ATTN.
