Resource Assessment Some challenges in obtaining and retaining specialty technical resources, e.g. database, has been an issue throughout the project. Currently a resource plan is in place to mitigate resource needs. Recommendations: • The project should continue to be funded and associated funds made available. 3 Summary: • The project continues to be well-managed and organized. • Leadership is completely supportive and committed to ensure the project is successful. • Stakeholders including Department Directors are engaged and supportive. • Staffing challenges for specialized resources continues; however, the leadership monitors this closely. • Project team has monitored the project budget closely which is reflective in their budget position.
