Carryover from SFY 2023
The Division of Community Assistance and Development (DCAD) is approving $778,065.97 of
carryover funds in Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) dollars including
Voucher, Admin, Leveraging, and Assurance 16 dollars. These funds are from unexpended funds
from SFY 2023 and are added to the SFY 2024 contracts.

comprised of unexpended funds from SFY 2023, regular and discretionary funds. These amounts are
