consistent with the right of way as shown on the right of way plans for 227th Avenue 
from Montgomery Road to Dove Valley Road and Dove Valley Road from 1,172.38 feet 
West of and 100 feet East of said 227th Avenue; Project Number TT0657, on file with 
the Maricopa County Department of Transportation and lying within Sections 14, 15, 22, 
23 all within Township 5 North, Range 3 West of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, 
Maricopa County, Arizona.
GENERAL VICINITY:  Two said roadways known as 227th Avenue from Montgomery 
Road to Dove Valley Road and Dove Valley Road from 1,172.38 feet West of and 100 
feet East of said 227th Avenue, lying in Supervisor District 4.
