ACTION:  PUBLIC HEARING ITEM Introduce and hold the first public hearing to adopt an ordinance 
authorizing the abandonment of a sewer line easement located on the north side of Weber Drive and 
west of McClintock Drive for 1480 North McClintock Drive (OMP Tempe Industrial Park). The second 
and final public hearing is scheduled for March 26, 2026. (Ordinance No. O2026.08)
FISCAL IMPACT:  N/A
RECOMMENDATION:  Adopt Ordinance No. O2026.08.
 
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:  The Owner/Applicant (Tempe Industrial Owner, LP) of the OMP 
Tempe Industrial Park located at 1480 North McClintock Drive requests the abandonment of a sewer 
line easement as described and depicted in the legal description and exhibit. This easement was 
originally granted per document MCR 2024-0261566, recorded and filed in the records of the Maricopa 
County Recorder’s Office. The City of Scottsdale has expanded their existing easement over their 
existing sewer line, and the easement is no longer needed. The City of Scottsdale's new easement is 
MCR 20250129342.
The Maricopa County Assessor Parcel number associated with this development are 132-08-014, 132-
08-015, 132-08-016
