1) CALL TO ORDER: Hearing convened at 6:00 p.m. and was called to order by Chair Johnson

Motion: Motion made by Commissioner Richter to approve Study Session minutes and Regular Meeting 
minutes for February 10, 20260 and seconded by Commissioner Lloyd.  
Ayes: Chair Johnson, Vice Chair Schwartz, Commissioners Lloyd, Spears, Forte, Tom, and Richter 
Nays: None 
Abstain: None 
Absent: None 
 
Vote: Motion passes 7-0 
 
 
      
The following items were considered for Consent Agenda: 
 
4A) Request a Use Permit to allow a second story addition to an existing single-family residence in the R1-6 
zoning district for NEVAREZ REMODEL, located at 1616 West Fairmont Drive. The applicant is Studio Draft 
LLC. (PL250322). 
 
4B) Request a Use Permit to allow a second story addition to an existing single-family residence for VENTURA 
DRIVE 2ND STORY, located at 1727 South Ventura Drive. The applicant is Tundra Homes, LLC. (PL250400)

4C) Request a Use Permit Standard to reduce the side setback for an accessory building from 9 feet to 5 feet 
and a Use Permit to allow an 18 foot tall accessory building in the rear yard for OWENS RESIDENCE, located at 
27 West Duke Drive. The applicant is Integrated Inspections. (PL250444) 
 
Motion: Motion made by Commissioner Richter to approve Consent Agenda and seconded by 
Commissioner Spears.
