ACTION: Request for a Zoning Map Amendment on a portion of a site from R/O to CSS to allow an 
event center within an existing office building on 1.51 acres for LUX HOLDINGS MDPP, located at 3910 
South Rural Road. The applicant is Bryant Aplass. (PL250166).
FISCAL IMPACT: While this ordinance change does not directly impact revenue, the planned 
development will result in collection of the standard development fees, calculated according to the 
approved fee structure at the time of permit issuance.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve, subject to conditions.
 
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:  LUX HOLDINGS MDPP (PL250166) is an existing multi-tenant 
office complex, within which the property owner wishes to operate an event center. The request includes 
the following:
ZON250005  Zoning Map Amendment of a portion of the lot from R/O, Residential/Office to CSS, 
Commercial Shopping and Service
