1) CALL TO ORDER: Hearing convened at 5:36 p.m. and was called to order by Chair Morrow 
 
2) CHAIR/STAFF UPDATES/ANNOUNCMENTS:  
 
Chair Morrow stated he will be missing the March, April, May and possibly June BOA Meetings. Due to the situation 
Chair Morrow will be stepping down, and the Board will elect a new Chair. If we elect someone who is not here, we can 
have their position effective at the next BOA Meeting. My plan was to nominate Vice Chair Mary Foy for Chair. If we 
elect her as Chair we will need to elect a new Vice Chair.  
 
3) REVIEW OF REGULAR MEETING AGENDA: 
 
Item #4 moved to Agenda Item #3 
 
Board Member Somishka asked for clarity about the dates for the Variance. The report states that a complete application 
was submitted on January 12, 2025, and routed for review. Review comments were sent to the applicant on January 
16, 2024. This is on page 12. Mr. Robert Mansolillo, Senior Planner for Community Development, stated that January 
16, 2024, is an error and should be 2025. He added that it took a while for the application to be deemed complete.  
 
Chair Morrow stated that his concern is that other property owners will come forward with other non-compliant properties. 
It seems odd that it was discovered at some point and then had 15 years of inactivity. I will ask why that happened.

Nays: None 
Abstain: None  
Absent: Vice Chair Foy and Board Member Drosos  
       Vote: Motion passes 6-0 
 
Motion by Board Member Cross to nominate Sean McCarley for Vice Chair; second by Board Member Somishka.   
Ayes: Chair Morrow, Board Members McCarley, Cross, Dalton, Somishka and Siegal  
Nays: None 
Abstain: None  
Absent: Vice Chair Foy and Board Member Drosos  
       Vote: Motion passes 6-0
