ACTION:  Approve the February 2026 Report of Payments Made to be filed for audit.
FISCAL IMPACT:  Total payments in February: $39,264,724.10.
RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends approval of the February 2026 Report of Payments Made.
 
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:  These reports are a compilation of all payments made through 
the City's accounts payable system during February 2026  that will be subject to the City's external 
auditors.
