I want to express my objection to the establishment of a massage parlor in 
my neighborhood 
at Warner and McClintock.  I have been a resident of Tempe for more than 
50 years.  I have been a resident in the Circle G development for 40 years.  
A massage parlor does not belong 
in this neighborhood.  The city of Tempe should be most interested in 
preserving the quality 
of its neighborhoods, and maintaining property appeal if for nothing else but 
long term valuations and tax revenue.  This project simply has no place in 
this area of Tempe.
