ACTION:  PUBLIC HEARING ITEM Introduce and hold the first public hearing to adopt an ordinance 
authorizing the partial abandonment of the alley right of way, located north of 7th Street and east of the 
Myrtle Avenue alignment for 108 East 7th Street (7th Street Residential). The second and final public 
hearing is scheduled for April 16, 2026. (Ordinance No. O2026.12)
FISCAL IMPACT:  N/A
RECOMMENDATION:  Adopt Ordinance No. O2026.12.
 
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:  To develop properties located at 108 East 7th Street, the property 
owners (CORE TEMPE 6TH, LLC), request the partial abandonment of the alley right of way adjacent 
to their properties.
The portions of alley right of way to be abandoned were granted and recorded with the Maricopa County 
Recorder’s office in Book 2, Page 26 and will no longer be needed.
The Maricopa County Assessor Parcel numbers associated with this development are 132-27-078A, 
132-27-079, 132-27-080, 132-27-081, 132-27-082, 132-27-083, 132-27-084, and 132-27-085.
