Purpose
We envision a world where every person has a safe and
secure place to call home, allowing them to thrive in their
life and community.
Mission
We’re providing permanently affordable housing options in
the City of Tempe.
2
Core Services & Goals
We collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including property developers, city leaders, and
financial experts. These partnerships enable us to expand our impact and create a
supportive infrastructure that enhances both housing and community well-being.
Beyond providing permanently affordable housing, we contribute to broader community
development by fostering inclusive and vibrant neighborhoods. Our projects are designed to
integrate well into the local fabric, enhancing overall quality of life for all Tempe residents.
