Since publication of the staff report, staff received a secondary letter in opposition to the 
rezone application from an adjacent property owner. The property owner registered 
opposition to the case with the initial application submittal. The concerns raised include 
the existing use of the property, noise, dust, parking in right-of-way and non-conformance 
with the existing area.
