1) CALL TO ORDER: Hearing convened at 5:39 p.m. and was called to order by Chair Foy. 
 
2) CHAIR/STAFF UPDATES/ANNOUNCMENTS:  
 
Ms. Diana Kaminski, Community Development Principal Planner shared points of order with the Board for tonight’s 
meeting. This included the order in which the appellant, appellant’s attorney, original applicant and staff would be 
speaking during the meeting. All comment cards received by staff before 2pm today were given to the Board.  
 
4) REVIEW OF REGULAR MEETING AGENDA: 
 
Chair Foy asked the Board if there were any questions on tonight’s agenda. No comments.  
 
Chair Foy asked the Board if there were any comments or questions on last month’s meeting minutes. No comments.  
 
3) ADJOURNMENT: The Study Session adjourned at 5:44 p.m.
