YOUTH TRANSIT PASS PROGRAM AMENDMENT ONE BETWEEN CITY OF TEMPE AND TEMPE UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT THIS AMENDMENT dated this 4th day of June, 2026, amends the following section of the Youth Transit Pass Agreement # C2021-150 entered into between the City of Tempe and Tempe Union High School District, dated the 24th day of June, 2021. The following SECTION 2. SPECIAL PROVISIONS – TERM extends the agreement to June 30, 2031 and replaces and supersedes SECTION 2. SPECIAL PROVISIONS – TERM entered into June 24, 2021. SECTION 2. SPECIAL PROVISIONS. A. Term. The term of this Agreement commences upon the date that this Agreement is fully executed and terminates on June 30, 2031, unless sooner terminated as provided in this Agreement. This agreement may be extended for one additional five-year term upon the mutual written agreement of Tempe and TUHSD. All other terms of the Parties’ Transit Service Agreement dated June 24, 2021 remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
