Greetings Paola Jaramillo, 
I am reaching out to you today to personally express my support and ask for your approval of the pending special use 
permit application #Z2022162 for a property located at 25 E. Water Tank Road in Gilbert. 
As I understand it, the property under consideration would be officially permitted for individual and recreational 
vehicle short- or long-term storage use.  
Please know that Mr. Ron Orr provides a valuable service to myself and others in the area that otherwise would not be 
available within or anywhere near this vicinity. Furthermore, the location as well as it's intended use would seem to 
have little to no impact or disturbance to the surrounding properties, businesses or residents in the immediate area 
making it ideal for fulfilling the much-needed storage space requirement that is not otherwise available to myself or the 
others who would choose to take advantage of the space offered by Mr. Orr.
