Dear Honorable Mayor Woods and City Council:
CHA, on behalf of Aptitude Acquisitions, LLC (Aptitude) developer of The Marshall on Spence -
Phase 2, respectively requests a continuance for the final hearing of the Application. The project
was previously heard by the City Council on June 5, 2025 and scheduled for the hearing on April
16th, 2026. The continuance will give us additional time to work with the neighborhood
representatives and the City staff.
Aptitude respectfully requests a continuance to the June 4, 2026 City Council hearing
for the Application.
