The Unwinding Space, LLC is a massage therapy–based holistic arts clinic offering therapeutic massage, yoga, dance-based movement sessions, and sound healing services. The business is owned and operated by Aubrey Shoham, Gilad Shoham, and Keri Trimble. Aubrey Shoham & Gilad Shoham are both Licensed Massage Therapists with the state of Arizona. Aubrey Shoham’s license number is MT-29792 Gilad Shoham’s license number is MT-29793. The business operates strictly by appointment. We are generally available for appointments Monday- Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with limited morning hours on weekends. Because services are scheduled in advance and sessions are typically 60–90 minutes in duration, client arrivals and departures are staggered. We do offer yoga classes which have a total capacity of 15 participants but there is ample parking for these classes during regular business hours. The subject property is a standalone building with no shared walls or structural attachments to surrounding properties. Suite 190 is fully contained within the building. Because the structure is detached and self-contained, operations do not directly impact neighboring buildings. Parking is available onsite, and due to the appointment-based model and limited occupancy at any given time, traffic generation is minimal and comparable to that of a small professional office. Vehicular and pedestrian activity will not significantly affect surrounding residential areas. The business does not produce odor, dust, gas, smoke, glare, vibration, or heat exceeding ambient conditions. Sound healing sessions are conducted indoors at controlled, therapeutic sound levels. No amplified outdoor sound is used. The overall environment is quiet and low intensity. The use is consistent with other low-impact professional services and is compatible with surrounding structures and uses. The premises will be maintained in a clean, orderly, and professional manner.
