BACKGROUND INFORMATION:  JERSEY COLLEGE (PL260059) is requesting a Use Permit for a 
private nursing college located on South Wendler Drive, just north of West Baseline Road. The nursing 
school will occupy a portion of the second floor of the south building within the Baseline Cooperate 
Center. The request includes the following:
