The applicant is Kendle Design Collaborative. (PL250252) FISCAL IMPACT: While this ordinance change does not directly impact revenue, the planned development will result in collection of the standard development fees, calculated according to the approved fee structure at the time of permit issuance. RECOMMENDATION: Approve, subject to conditions BACKGROUND INFORMATION: ISB MU-4 (PL250252) is requesting a General Plan Projected Land Use and Residential Density Map Amendment from Commercial to Mixed-Use High (up to 65 du/ac), a Zoning Map Amendment from GID PAD to MU-4 PAD, and a Planned Area Development amendment for approximately 19 acres at the southwest corner of Salt River Drive and Priest Drive. The site is proposed to contain four (4) buildings of residential and live/work units. A Development Plan Review will be submitted at a later date for approval of the site and landscape plans.
