BACKGROUND INFORMATION:  100 BROADWAY (PL250189) is an existing 6'-8" high masonry 
wall that was constructed in approximately 2014. A single-family home exists on the property. The 
request includes the following:

setback from four (4) feet to seven (7) feet in the R-2 zoning district
