1) CALL TO ORDER: Hearing convened at 5:43 p.m. and was called to order by Chair Foy. 
 
2) CHAIR/STAFF UPDATES/ANNOUNCMENTS:  
 
Ms. Diana Kaminski reminded the Board of their invite to The Boards and Commissions Appreciation Event. The event 
is Friday May 1st 5pm-7pm at The Tempe Center for the Arts. We will be having an April BOA Meeting.  
 
4) REVIEW OF REGULAR MEETING AGENDA:
