BACKGROUND INFORMATION:  106 BROADWAY (PL250190) is an existing 6'-11" high steel wall 
that was constructed in approximately 2018. A single-family homes exists on the property. The request 
includes the following:

four (4) feet to seven (7) feet in the R-2 zoning district
